1. General Eligibility & Account Usage

• Age Requirement: By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products & Pricing

• Availability: All products listed on the Site are subject to availability and batch schedules. Because our products are fresh and artisanal, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of any items offered or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  
  
• Pricing & Currency: All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping/delivery charges, which will be calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• Product Descriptions: We strive to describe and display our products accurately. However, slight variations in appearance, color, size, or texture are inherent to fresh, hand-crafted baked goods and shall not constitute a defect.
  
  

3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.
  
  
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments). You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
  
  
• Order Cancellations:
  
  
  • Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup day.
    
    
  • Custom or bulk orders require a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice. Orders canceled outside these windows once baking preparation or ingredient mixing has commenced are non-refundable.
    
    

4. Fulfillment, Pickup, and Delivery Terms

  • Available free of charge at 150 NW 16th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33432, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
    
    
  • Orders must be placed online the evening prior to pickup. Unclaimed perishable items after the designated window are non-refundable for food safety reasons.
    
    
• Local Delivery:
  
  
  • Local courier delivery is restricted to addresses between West Palm Beach, FL and Coral Springs, FL.
    
    
  • Cut-Off Times: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST qualify for same-day delivery (by 5:00 PM). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be delivered the next business day (by 5:00 PM).
    
    
  • Fees: $10.00 flat rate for orders under $50.00; FREE delivery for orders $50.00 and above.
    
    
• Weekend Policy: Operations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. No fresh bread delivery or pickup takes place on weekends.
  
  

5. Semi-Finished Products & Food Preparation

• Customer Responsibility: We offer semi-finished / par-baked products designed for final preparation by the customer in their home oven (e.g., baking 10 minutes at 430°F).
  
  
• Storage & Safety: Upon receipt or pickup, customers are solely responsible for proper refrigeration, freezing, and handling of semi-finished goods prior to consumption.
  
  
• Disclaimer: We are not liable for unsatisfactory product quality, improper baking, or foodborne illness resulting from customer failure to follow cooking guidelines, improper storage, or oven miscalibration.
  
  

6. Perishable Goods & Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Physical returns of fresh bread, baked items, or food products are not accepted under any circumstances.
  
  
• Quality Claims: Any claim regarding defective, missing, or damaged items must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs within 24 hours of receipt to [YOUR_SUPPORT_EMAIL@DOMAIN.COM]. Valid claims will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
