Shipping policy

1. Local Self-Pickup (Free Option)

• Location: 150 NW 16th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33432.
  
  
• Pickup Hours: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  
  
• Order Requirement: Orders for pickup must be placed online the evening prior to the designated pickup date.
  
  
• Verification: Customers must present their order confirmation number (or contact line 561-545-2484) upon arrival to collect their items.
  
  
• Unclaimed Orders: Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, orders not retrieved within the designated morning pickup window without prior written notice are non-refundable.
  
  

2. Local Courier Delivery

• Service Zone: Deliveries are strictly limited to locations between West Palm Beach, FL and Coral Springs, FL. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside this geographic boundary are subject to immediate cancellation or adjustment.

  • Flat Rate: $10.00 standard delivery fee on orders below $50.00.
    
    
  • Free Delivery: Orders with a total value of $50.00 or more qualify for free local delivery.
    
    
• Cut-Off Times & Delivery Schedule:
  
  
  • Same-Day Delivery (By 5:00 PM): Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, will be delivered on the same day by 5:00 PM.
    
    
  • Next-Day Delivery (By 5:00 PM): Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, will be processed and delivered on the following business day by 5:00 PM.
    
    

3. Weekend Operations & Semi-Finished Products

• Weekend Schedule: Our facility and delivery operations are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. No fresh bread deliveries or self-pickups will be fulfilled on weekends.
  
  
• Semi-Finished / Bake-at-Home Products: To accommodate weekend fresh bread needs, customers may purchase our semi-finished / par-baked products:
  
  
  • Preparation Disclaimer: Semi-finished products are supplied chilled or frozen and require baking by the customer in their home oven (recommended guidelines: 10 minutes @ 430°F).
    
    
  • Liability: The customer assumes full responsibility for proper home cooking, oven temperature calibration, and handling after the product is handed over. Miami Global Grain Industries LLC is not liable for final product quality resulting from improper home preparation.
    
    

4. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Responsibility

• Recipient Availability: Courier deliveries occur between dispatch and 5:00 PM. The customer must ensure an accessible and safe location for package drop-off.
  
  
• Unattended Deliveries: Drivers are authorized to leave packages at the property door, porch, or gate. Blue Heron Biohacking® is not responsible for theft, damage, or degradation of perishable goods caused by prolonged exposure to weather after delivery has been completed by the driver.
